We are a Swedish family that are now renting out our villa in central Marbella.

• 6 big bedrooms. All of them has built in wardrobe and air condition for both cooling and heating.
• 5 nice bathrooms
• In total 12 beds (3 double beds and 6 regular beds)
• Number of sunbeds: 6 (2 of those on the roof with beautiful view)
• Barbeque grill
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Private pool, size: 32 m2
• Size of the villa: 470 m2

Location

The villa is located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area right in the center of Marbella.

Walking distance to everything. You don't have to rent a car and waste a lot of time looking for parking (difficult to find parking during the summer).

Only 10-15 minutes walking distance to:

• The beach
• Plaza de los Naranjos
• Old town
• The central bus station that goes directly to Malaga Airport
• Lots of restaurants and grocery stores
• Several nice parks

Parking

Driveway to park on the property as well as free parking on the street.

Trampoline

We have a large trampoline that we have taken down to protect the grass. If there is interest, this can be rebuilt and placed in the garden for an additional fee of €100.
